Finally, I ordered my must-read books via Amazon.com! I wish I've done it a lot sooner, because boy, the book I'm reading right now blows my mind! It is the best fashion-related book I've ever read!

Deluxe reveals how the milti-billion dollar industry works and why they do what they do: why brands set up outlet stores, why they display their it-bags at flagship store entrances, why some of them move their production to China, and why others don't...

I always thought that - as a 'communication scientist', who had more than a few marketing courses and studied some aspects of the fashion business up close - I knew pretty much all the essentials on the fashion business. Clearly, I didn't. This book is amazing. I can't put it down. Just two more chapters to go!

No offense, but I couldn't help but laughing when I passed the Abercrombie & Fitch-store in Brussels yesterday. This picture was taken around noon. At 10 AM, when I arrived at Chaussee de Waterloo*, the line was twice as long, running all in front of the BMW-garage.

Okay, I must admit, the brand has a very clever marketing strategy, especially if you can make people (read: 14-year olds with their mums) wait in line for an hour just to get some simple, everyday non-limited edition-H&M-meets-designer-brand style of clothes. But I think the clothes look terrible (aside from the fact that A&F is being printed on every single item) and are very, very, yes, very over-priced.

A friend of mine told me a few years ago that if I ever got the chance I should go check out the A&F-concept at he thought it was ridiculous. And so, one early morning**, when I was near their Fifth Ave.-store, I noticed that for once there wasn't a single soul waiting in line. I went inside, and I literally immediately walk out again. We were inside 3 min. tops! Most of the clothes (not my style) are inside the glass counters, the store was extremely dark and the music was so damn loud that I couldn't even stand the idea that I would actually take a walk around the store and even give this brand a fair chance. So, let it be said: A&F, thumbs up for your marketing team, but you'll never get me to enter your store again***! But don't let me stop you ...

I finally made it to Ghent. As my sister already revealed last week*, we headed over to the city since -as they say- "we were in desperate need for some 'O". My favorite la fille d'O-pieces were literally falling apart and we wanted to get our hands on some coveted pieces before they all sold out.

A few days before, I made up (read: drew up) my wish list (with the webshop as my guide), only to realize that two must-haves were no longer available in my size; No, wonders & faces will never be mine. But as my list is never a short one, I happily tried on naughty (bikini** top in s1 black) & nerve (bikini pants in s2 black). I already have both designs in about 3 different colors/fabrics, and as they are my all time favorite lfd'O-designs, deciding wasn't that hard at all. But I never leave Maison d'O with just one set of undergarments. After a lot of pondering and 'omg-i-want-them-all-i-can't-choose', I went ahead and got blue hotel, a lovely black mini-dress. I immediately fell in love with the supersoft fabric, those subtle see-through details and its lovely shape. I got so excited that I decided that 'no, I don't need another bra, I want to show off that dress' and -as my boyfriend predicted- I already wore it the next day for some (casual) family dinner parties.

But this doesn't mean there's nothing left on my wish list and I've got everything my little 'O-heart desires. I ~~want~~ must just get a few more things of what I tried on that day. Luckily, Murielle wrote down my sizes and thus, hurray for online stores!

Curious for more? Go visit the store in Ghent. It's well worth the trip over there, especially since Murielle 's tender love and care are a tremendous help! Her advice is priceless and I wish she had two more sets of hands so that she could design more must-haves and I could expand my all ready too large collection.

I'm pretty sure I don't want to get married - for obvious reasons I'm not going to discuss here. But yesterday, while taking my auntie that is visiting us from Italy on a city trip through Dusseldorf, I stumbled on one of the nicest dresses I had ever seen.

Usually, bridal gowns come across to me as being made out of relatively cheap god-knows what kind of fabrics. And more and more they seem to have the same oh so original designs: strapless top, wider long boring skirt. Or at least those of the brides who's wedding I attended. (Vera Wang or Elie Saab-designs are thus excluded from this). But then, all of a sudden at Apropos, in between T's by Alexander Wang and Louboutins, a white stunning dress caught my attention. It was the most beautiful wedding dress I had ever seen: yes, it was strapless, and it featured tulle just like many other dresses, but it looked like perfection, and for the next 5 minutes I repeated: 'K., if you get me a dress like this, okay, then I might just say yes'. Then I figured that white just isn't my color, and I would rather spend 3 000 euro on something else then a dress you just take out of your closet and stare at once and a while - 'cause no, I really don't want to get married, even if I get the dress. Sorry, mom, didn't mean to get your hopes up.

Now, when seeing the dress online on a model. No, it wasn't the perfect dress at all. It wasn't as 'short' as I thought it would be. And it's way too asymmetrical. But my god, I do love many many other dresses of the Kaviar Gauche Bridal Couture-collections. Brides to be, take notes, 'cause these are just amazing!

PS: No-one tops Givenchy Fall 2009 though. And regarding the Royal Wedding: Yes, the McQueen-design was gorgeous and suited for a princess but boy, I'm bet PPR is thrilled with their brand's dress being the talk of the town.

No need to tell you how amazing the weather was yesterday. It was lovely to finally walk around barelegged in one of my favorite spring dresses. As it would have been a shame to pass the day inside, we decided to head out to Liège and spend the day wandering around the city.

It was so much fun: we visited my favorite store Irina Khä, had a nice lunch outside on one of the city's busy squares and we were about to head back to the parking lot via a different route when we stumbled upon a store I hadn't visited in 5 years. I even don't know what the store is called. All I know is that -as former Fornarina fans- my sister and I were regulars at this tiny store. At first I didn't want to enter the shop, as I definitely left that clothing style behind me, but I guess the 'Liquidation Totale'-sign lured me in.

Now, I'm not that kind of person who'll just buy something just because it has a Sale-tag on it. But as soon as I saw that the soon-to-be-gone store carried April 77-jeans, it got pretty interesting. I found the skinny jeans all over the shop, in all colors and fabrics but none that suited my 'new style' (think: suited enough to wear to the office). And then, there they were: my all-time favorite velour silvery, skinny pair of April 77! The ones I wore 24/7 during spring/summer 2008! In my size! At half price (120 euro - 50%)! I immediately grabbed them to go and try them, wondering if they would still fit me since I hadn't worn the pair I have at home in ages, as they are to worn-down anyways and I'm too scared that they'll rip-apart in a very public place. But these, these were 'brand new' and they fit me all right. And as the belt-loop had come off, I got my all-time favorite pair at -75%! My parents often think I'm crazy, because I usually buy my favorite items twice, weary of the day that the fabrics give up and the shoes, the jacket, the shirt, whatever just falls apart, but this was a damn good deal!

So if you're a fan of April 77-jeans, make sure to visit the shop at the corner of Rue de l'Université and Rue de la Cathédrale, 'cause probably the next time I'm in town the shop will sell out!

Crème de la Mer Ultimate Experience

The past few days were hell. It had been a long time since I felt this ill and therefore I've spend the last 4 days camping on the sofa/in bed, which bored me out of my mind. And this while knowing that I've got plenty things waiting for me to finish up at work. And the only thing I craved for -besides a decent meal, I've been surviving on bread sticks- was the full body massage I got at work last week, to loosen me up and liberate me from this constant headache.

Last week I got to opportunity to be a model for a La Mer-expert, that needed to train her massaging skills. When a friend of mine at work told me about it, at first I thought that it would be nothing more than a mini-facial along with some skincare tips. Little did I know she signed me up for the Crème de la Mer Ultimate Experience. It was amazing: my feet, legs, stomach, back, neck and arms, literally every inch of my body got exfoliated, scrubbed and massaged with La Mer's top-rated products. And if that weren't enough I got a complete face treatment as well. I believe I almost fell asleep when the La Mer-exepert started to massage the contours of my eyes with The Eye Concentrate's applicators, and it wasn't just because calm ocean sounds were playing in the background. I've been a regular at beauty spa's, especially after stressful exams, seeking for some treatment to calm me down. If I only knew that La Mer gives the best spa treatments! But then again, back then I was living on a student budget...

I know what I'm getting my mom this upcoming Mother's day. I'm getting her a gift card for this 2,5 hour lasting treatment! Not only because I want to pamper her with some of the best beauty products out there (she's a huge fan of The Moisturizing Gel Cream btw) but also, I've been bragging about The Body Refiner so much lately, that I've probably made her very curious.

During the massage last week, the La Mer-expert said to her trainer that 'indeed, The Body Refiner-scrub gave my skin a sparkly glow'. When I asked them both how so, they told me that I had about 2 carat diamond powder on me. I couldn't believe it: diamond dust in body and face creams? After the treatment, I checked the mirror and yes, I was sparkling from head to toe. But more importantly, my skin felt incredibly soft and smooth. And I couldn't stop looking at my skin up close, never mind talking about how fun my day at work had been. So now, on my wish list: I want The Body Refiner!

PS: And since my boyfriend broke his collar bone today, maybe I owe him a La Mer Ultimate Experience-massage as well in four-to-six weeks ...

Since my boyfriend is out carting, I decided to spend this dull sunday afternoon catching up with what's happened in the 'fashion world' the past few weeks. I'm watching all of the videos on Style.com.

And oh, I love Lanvin's 'cape-dresses' and Gucci's vintage feel when it comes to this seasons bags and furs -although I'm not a 70's type of girl, I want that red chiffon dress!-

But my favorite collection has to be Cavalli's: I loved the combo of embroideries and silk! As you may know, last year I was obsessed with the Italian house's silky leopard scarf and now, this year the items Cavalli designed feel like an extension of that. Furthermore, I think Eva is completely right: some looks do feel like armor. They immediately reminded me of late medieval fashion and oriental influences. The girls looked like they just came back from the crusades wearing elaborate decorated doublets, even though the clothes had a very modern cut. These are the pieces I would fight for, I want them in all-black though.

Btw. I don't know why but when I watched the video again, Lily Donaldson-look in Etro Spring Summer 2008 flashed through my mind.

Presenting my new favorite lip balm: Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm. I've been meaning to start bragging about this amazing new lip color ever since I first tried a sample a few months ago but what's the point in getting everyone's hopes up if it wasn't for sale yet. Great news: now it is!

The reasons why I'm totally in love with the Chubby Sticks are simple:
- the jojoba-oil, shea and mango butter ingredients render my lips soft and moisturized (very important during harsh wintertimes!) while nourishing them with anti-oxidants.
- the colors are amazing! I hope you can tell from the picture below: the Chubby Sticks have a soft, natural yet intense color, and this while feeling as light as a regular lipstick (I've never been a fan of super shiny and sticky lip glosses by the way!) And so, I'm planning to get this balm in even more tints, and for my mom and sister as well.

I was delighted to see this lovely overview, although it made me miss working on my thesis. And I learned a few new things as well: I never knew that the Wizard of Oz-slippers where by Salvatore Ferragamo!

Yesterday I saw Black Swan by the way. Although it's a movie about the dance industry, I was glad that it wasn't a 'Save the Last Dance'-type of movie. The story is quite dark and scary, and Portman's performance is amazing -great moves by the way! Many things were said about Rodarte not getting any credit for their costume designs (I guess not much has changed in the last 100 years since fashion films emerged). Yes, the outfits in the movie are perfect. As I took ballet-classes when I was a kid, I would love to wear any of tutus shown in the film, but the White and Black Swan-outfits were beautiful but not as fashion-forward as I thought they would be, especially since it caused such a stir. They were just so conservative for being by the hand of my beloved Rodarte. What do you think?

Estée Lauder's Creative Make-up Director never fails to excite me (remember the Blue Dahlia-line?) and so when I saw his latest creation for Derek Lam's show my heart practically skipped a beat. I'm crazy for metallics, especially when it comes to eye shadows, so how could I not love this sleek look called Pure Color. It has this glamour, party make-up feel to it, but is still very sophicticated and classy.

I can't wait to get my hands on it and try for myself. Only a few month to go, right?

iPhone Case

Wanted: a nice, leather iPhone-case.
Yesterday we spent the day shopping in Dusseldorf (great shopping city by the way: Chanel, Tiffany's ... ) and I decided to start looking for a protective case for my phone, since it bothers me that I can't put my keys in the same pocket as my phone 'cause it would scratch it. So it's either a new bag with more pockets in it or a case. Finding a bag I like usually isn't the problem but since I already have too many, I decided to go for the latter. Problem is that the only ones I could find, are too -let's say it like it is- ugly.

First stop, the Louis Vuitton-store at Köningsallee. And since I'm not a huge fan of the classic monogram or the damier graphite buying a 180 euro case wasn't an option.

While my sister was looking for some new shoes, I asked the sales assistant at Prada's if he could help me out. He said all of the iPhone-cases were sold out but gave me brochure so I could see what they were like. Maybe I'm too picky but these are just plain boring. Why can't Prada make an iPhone-case that matches my credit card holder?

Of course when I meet up with my girlfriends, we often discuss our favorite beauty products. And although most of them use the best skincare products in the world, it surprises me that, when I ask them what they are using to exfoliate their skin, they usually answer 'nothing'.

Exfoliating your skin is crucial. It removes dead skin cells, which will give you a more radiant look, while clearing your pores. Furthermore, it helps the moisturizers and other products you use afterwards to be more effective since they can treat your skin more thoroughly without having dead skin cells literally blocking their way. And a great plus is that exfoliating helps speeding up the renewal of cells, which makes your skin look younger and brighter.

Reading this beauty-post by Garance Doré the other day, made me realize that I haven't told you about my favorite shampoo yet!

I'm a huge fan of Aveda's Smooth Infusion-line (more about that later this month), but my favorite shampoo for everyday use must be Shampure Shampoo. It makes your hair feel superclean and healthier. Plus, I love the fact that it foams so much, but my favorite feature of this products is its 25 flower and plants extracts, which gives it an incredible yet natural scent. It's been crazy for this shampoo ever since I discovered it through the samples in our NYC-hotel bathroom. So next time you're near an Aveda salon, hop right in and smell Shampure's signature aroma!

Can anyone tell me how you can treat your old silver? My Tiffany & Co-bracelet and pendants have been mistreated the past year and appear black. What product can I use to make them look like new again, so that I'll have as much pleasure wearing them as I did the past year?

As you can tell from the picture, I've dropped my T&C-heart pretty hard twice in the last weeks and now has two bad dents (luckily on the backside!) aside from the many scratches. It now has more character alright but I wish I would have taken more care of my jewels the past year. How's that for a new year's resolution.

This tactic proved itself quite useful the past few days that I spent in my hometown for the holidays. I had ran out of Clinique Pore Minimizer Refining Lotion but luckily had a valuable alternative nearby. I gave Estée Lauder's Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher a go and was very much surprised. First of all by its lovely scent. Even though I'm no fan of perfumes in my beauty products, the lemon'y scent is subtle enough for me to love. And although the texture of the Idealist is thicker than Clinique's Pore Minimizer, which is more like a serum, it still feels incredibly light on my skin and has a silky finish to it. And it leaves my skin very smooth, which I love. So I'm thinking I'm going to get a new Pore Minimizer but I will keep using Idealist faithfully every weekend.

1. install the new updated version for the 4G
2. get my contacts from my sim-card into the phone, without typing every single contact directly into Adress Book
3. call my boyfriend, since apparently I had to de-activate the simlock

I've got the phone connected to gmail and I've found and installed the facebook-app. But now I'm stuck, the only useful fashion app I can find is that by style.com. Can someone tell me which other fashion mobile-applications I definitely need to have on this new toy? And where to locate them?

And does blogger.com have an easy to use/blog app?

Despite a severe headache and a cold, I forced myself outside today to clear the way. My cat won't go outside and is terrified of the snow you see. Only when I stepped outside in the snow, I realized how much it has snowed in my hometown the last few days. I'm so happy I bought some winter boots last weekend, 'cause neither my All Stars nor my Dior Sprint'ers, my only two pairs of flat shoes, would have survived the week.

I just broke rule number one when it comes to wearing my cape. These harsh winter times made my buy some snow boots yesterday at some messy little fake everything-store yesterday. The holidays are just two weeks away and I'm going mad over what to buy for whom. One thing I luckily don't have to 'worry' about anymore is what make-up I'll wear to those many parties.

I think 'glamour make-up' is the hardest kind, since those popular big black smokey eyes risk making you look a panda. And eye shadow always is something you have to take your time for, you don't just smear it on. Well, for a few weeks now I've found the perfect eye shadow which allows you to do just that. I got my hands on Clinique's Quick Eyes Cream Shadow. I think this product is very underrated and is easily overlooked when you're at your local parfumerie. It is an amazing eye shadow though, since it takes less than a minute to apply and you quickly get a nice, glamourous and finished look. Perfect I think for anyone who doesn't have the patience to apply eye shadow every morning before leaving for work at, let's say, 7 AM.

For a few weeks now, I've been faithfully applying this Sunlit Palm-olive-metallic green shade. I apply it very lightly on workdays and yesterday, for a birthday party I wore it more intensely, and a great plus, no touch-ups were needed during the whole evening! And since it has a creamy texture, it's perfect for contact lens wearers. As I said, perfect for a long NYE-party...

Okay, so I didn't freeze to death the past few days. I just lack patience in general to be ordering online and waiting around for my package to arrive. (The box came all the way from Madrid, btw.)

So given that impatience, I just had to wear my brand new cape already the next day. And I must admit, I'm already addicted to this warm and comfy woolen piece, 'cause I barely took it off yesterday. But, to avoid looking like some huge batman-fan, I decided for myself that a few rules apply when wearing the cape -probably for me to break in a few weeks time:
- Under no circumstances should this cape be worn without heels.
- Preferably, wear with tights or a legging in stead of a pair of jeans.
- Find yourself a nice black woolen sweater to wear underneath 'cause putting on two jackets in mid-fall is a little too much...

By the way, did I mention I'm crazy for anything with a cape?

Gucci, the Italian fashion house with a thing for film (see here, here and here), has designed 3D-glasses! And I know it's not hard to top the traditional ones, but these aviator glasses look supercool. I remember that during Avatar we discussed the fact that in the future everyone would own their own pair of 3D glasses, and I would eagerly join since the ones you get in the cinema often are broken or too damn greasy, which ruines the experience. The Gucci glasses apparently are $225 and the idea of going green and recycling just might win me over...

Remember the cool jersey legging I ordered on Lily and the Lady last Sunday? Just one day and a half later, the little box containing my order arrived at my parents' house! Fast as lightning! At the end of this month, Aveda is relaunching its make-up line, paraben-free and as environmentally friendly as usual. And lucky me: I got the chance to take a peek at two of Aveda newest products and try them myself.

The new Nourish-Mint™ Lip Definer is a great solution to an omnipresent problem; getting your lipstick to stay put. Why is it different than a traditional lip liner then? First of all, it tastes minty, one of my favorite flavors, yet is subtle. I love the fact that your lips are well protected from the elements (hello fall.) and although the pencil has a creamy and rich texture, it's not as sticky as a gloss. But my favorite part is the sheer and transparent tint of the stick. So no need to buy separate lip definers for each lipstick you get. And since I'm totally addicted to the feel of this product, I'm even wearing it without any lipstick at all, nowadays.

But the newest Aveda-addition I'm really crazy about is the Color Options Eye Shadow Transformer, simply because it finally enables me get the exact color of eyeshadow as presented inside the little powder boxes. This is how it works: I just add one drop of the liquid to any eyeshadow and apply the fluid eyeshadow on the eyelid with the tiny brush. The great thing is that the color is super intense, perfect for an evening out. Plus, since the eyeshadow is no longer a powder and has been fixated, it will no longer run into the creases of your eyelid and fade away along the way.

Below you'll find some proof. At the top I applied my favorite eyeshadow, M*A*C's Black Tied, as one normally would do. Below, I transformed the eyeshadow with Aveda's Color Options.

As you can tell, the color of the eyeshadow has become much more deep and intense, and the sparkles are clearer and more visible. However, this is my favorite part: Below is an image I took a few hours later, and you can tell clearly that the transformed eyeshadow hasn't fade away as fast as the traditional one, which is an amazing asset when it comes to picking out the suitable make-up for a night out.

Last night for a family dinner, I applied the eyeshadow as a liquid eyeliner and it lasted throughout the entire evening, as promised.

During my morning ritual -trying to find a way to put on my T&Co.-bracelet without asking for help- I was thinking of the memorable store. And I suddenly thought of the classic eyewear the jeweler makes and if they retail it in their NYC-store as well, or only through opticians, in order to be omni-present and this at a lower rate...

And only yesterday, I came across this following article: Tiffany & Co will sell handbags as well, launching today. .

At first glance, the blue details is a nice and subtle way to identify and mark the bag. However, I can't help but wondering how this doesn't seem as a credible way to expand the brand. Sort of like clothing brands that launch their own watch-collection but only give manufacturers permission to use their logo and don't care about the mechanism inside the watch itself. So hopefully, this isn't the case in new product-line...

Eitherway, I had a look at the slideshow, and I must admit that the bags look too classic and maybe even dull to me. I don't think they look different enough from other handbag brands to make it to a true must-have/it-bag, or at least not for someone my age... What do you think?

As mentioned before, I'm crazy for Clinique's All About Eyes. I can't last a day without the treatment and apply it faithfully every day and night. But last week, I got my hands on Estée Lauder's new Advanced Night Repair Eye and honestly, this superrich gel is fantastic. Since it's so creamy, it's perfect as a night treatment.

My fashion/film thesis was head on; more and more designers would use film to promote their brand and collections... How I wish I could edit my thesis -which probably by now is collecting dust in our school's library- and write a paragraph on this project.

Bobbi Brown has the cutest samples;
just look at that tiny anti-age serum-bottle. I know some say that 24 is far too young to be using anti-age products but you have to start protecting your skin against fine lines and all, before the damage is done. Anywho, this serum feels incredibly light and soft on my skin, which is always a great plus. I hate greasy, thick products.

Last night I tried Bobbi Brown's make-up remover as well, and this product wears perfectly too! Last night, for a late dinner with my family, I wore a lot of sparkly eyeshadow by M*A*C (green smoke -lustre) and some eyeliner too, which can be a hassle to remove. But I had no difficulties doing that, thanks to this Bobbi Brown-product. Plus, it was gentle enough for me, as a contact lens wearer.

Today I'm wearing a liquid blush on my cheekbones, called Highlighter Pen by Bobbi Brown. What's so great about this blush, is that the sparkling elements are so tiny and subtle, that 'now you see it and now you don't', which is perfect for daily use. It actually is so sublte that I couldn't even capture the effect on camera, so I just had to photograph the container instead. This one is going into my handbag permanently.

Help! Since I miss working on my thesis, I've been looking for the new Scorsese-ad for Chanel's new fragrance, but I can't seem to find it anywhere: every time I enter "Blue de Chanel" on video-search engines, I end up with make-up tutorials...

I read about the ad online a while back, and I also found an article on the making of in next month's Glamour-issue, but no sign yet of the actual video...

It's been a month now since I started working at Aveda, a premium hair and spa brand and part of the Estée Lauder family.

Ever since our NYC-trip, where we found Aveda-hair and body products in our hotel room, I've been a fan of its Shampure shampoo (amazing scent!) and the Smooth Infusion-line. And no need to say that the products are top quality and the great thing is that -by using Aveda- I'm actually contributing to a greener and nicer planet.

The past few weeks I got the opportunity to get a full Aveda-training, both hair as skinwise, and discovered even more amazing products. I'm currently using the Enbrightenment collection for my skin, to even my skin tone and I'm giving other hair products a go. And yes, I've got a new favorite!

I have really stubborn hair; always fluffy and wild. And during the Aveda Perfomance Hair-class I mentioned that I rarely use styling products because I don't like the feeling of greasy products in my hair. But then the Aveda-educator suggested that I should try the Light Elements Smoothing Fluid. Back home I give it a try and my hair immediately was smoother and had a healthy shine, without looking greasy. Throughout the whole evening it successfully protected my hair against frizz. The next day, again, I added only one drop of the serum-like fluid and once again my hair looked and more importantly felt great! I'm thrilled! I'm always the one who says that I hate my hair, but I've got a feeling that's about to change...

Currently I'm coloring my hair too, with Aveda and I love it's natural color and shine ... And to keep the color as nice as the first days after the coloring, I've tried the Clove Color Conditioner, which is a brown conditioner, and it gave my hair a nice warm glow. Fan! Fan! Fan!

New dress. Need Advice.

Since my boyfriend's family is having a birthday party tonight, I decided today would be a good day to wear my new dress (just like this one, by Single Dress). I love it, because it is so dressy and chic, and somehow reminds me of Victoria Beckham.

Dress: Single Dress - Shoes: Christian Louboutin Ron Ron 100

Yet, there is one small problem; as you can tell from the picture the belt is partly golden. My favorite purse is my Chanel 2.55, with silver details, which kind of means I won't be able to wear the two together. I can remove the belt itself, but then you can spot the little strings/loops that are meant to keep the belt in place -luckily the belt stays put even if I don't put it through the holes so I could just cut the strings off and wear the golden belt when I do feel like it, but I'm scared I will ruin the dress if I do. Anyone got any tips on how I should best remove/cut those little strings?

In honor of my beloved thesis:
The whole Missoni family stars in their brand's latest film -Yes, founders Rosita and Ottavio Missoni included- which reminds me of French poetic realism and Bunuel's surrealism. It makes one look forward to fall. Nice wigs, too.

PS. I'm going to try and do my best and post more updates here. Maybe actually bringing my mac with me to our 'new home' instead of leaving it at 'my old place' might help. This weekend, I promise.
